Here is the review of the new film Trivandrum Lodge which was released on September 21 2012. The film is classified as an impure new generation film which excites most of the youngsters ( strictly the credit goes to the script ), but fails to be a family entertainer.

TRIVANDRUM LODGE REVIEW

V K Prakash directed Trivandrum Lodge is an Open Minded Movie which derived from Anoop Menon's deepest Metro thoughts.
1st half is Good & Enjoyable with nice starting, few comedy bits & Some unexpected performances.

But, lot of Double meaning comedies & non-veg dlgs are there in the 1st half.
Film through out itharam dialoges undenkilum 1st halfil over aayi thonni.

2nd half is a Typical Anoop Menon one with some sensible quotes, Superb frames & a Simple climax. Ending of the movie was Really Beautiful. Liked it a lot.

Performance wise, Jayasurya done his part neatly as Abdu & Honey Rose gifts a Matured Performance. Never expected performance from Saiju Kurup & P.Jaychandhran. They rocked. All other cast including Anoop Menon, Bhavana, Janardhanan etc done their job well.

V.K.Prakash's Direction was Superb & Its an another example of his Brilliantly Changed Making Style. Great work.

Anoop Menon's Script was the Heart of the Movie. His dlgs are really superb & its a Brilliant Script.

Kaaryangal open minded aayi paranjathukondu ella tharam viewrsineyum satisfy cheyyum ennu parayaan pattilla. Anoop Menonte "Padmarajan-Mohanal-Thoovanathumbikal" hang over ee Cinemayil muzhuvan feel cheyyum.

Pradeep Nair done an Outstanding work & his Frames were So So So Beautiful. The lighting & colour pattern of the movie used in a Brilliant way. Helecam shots were superb,but not used it properly. Anyway, Hats off Pradeep Nair.

Songs composed by M.Jayachandhran deserves appreciations.Beautiful Melodies.Bijipal's background music was Superb & also used Thoovanathumbikalbackground music sometimes.

Anyway, VKP's TRIVANDRUM LODGE is a WELL CRAFTED OPEN MINDED MOVIE which deals with Love, Lust & Longing in an open minded Way which is not acceptable for all class of viewers.
